  Peter Arndt
   

Peter Arndt is Executive Officer of the Catholic Justice and Peace Commission of Brisbane and a Mission Development Officer for the Archdiocese.  Before coming to the Commission in 2001, Peter was a science and maths teacher in both public and Catholic systems.

He received the degree of Bachelor of Science and a Diploma of Education from the University of Queensland, a Bachelor of Divinity with Honours from the Melbourne College of Divinity and a Master of Arts from Griffith University.

Peter has many years experience in community grassroots advocacy and activism and in Church social justice action.  His principal areas of interest are reconciliation and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander justice, refugee and asylum seeker rights, industrial relations, human rights in West Papua, and ecological sustainability.

Peter is married with four children.

  Jennifer Callanan
   

Jennifer Callanan's experience in Catholic Education includes primary classroom teaching, RE Coordination and RE Consulting in both Melbourne and Adelaide. She is committed to creativity in prayer , ritual and teaching and learning activities that tap into the every day experiences  and questions of young people, bring both faith and life into focus. Jen is currently RE and Student Wellbeing Coordinator at St Francis School, Lockleys, SA. She is co-author with Margie Abbott rsm of ‘Sparks of Life- Rituals for Children’  MediaComn Edu Inc. and together they produce a seasonal e-newsletter. Jen is a contributor to the teacher resource ‘Growing in God’ accompanying Peter Kearney’s album of the same name. Currently Jen is chair person of the Primary REC Association of South Australia.

  Tony Densley
  Tony Densley  

Tony Densley has a long established interest in making the heart of the Catholic tradition readily accessible to contemporary Australians.  Currently, Tony lectures in theology and religious Education at the University of South Australia and is parish priest of Thebarton Catholic Parish.  Prior to this Tony worked for more than ten years with the Catholic Education Office in Adelaide. Tony has formal qualifications in theology, religious education, education and counselling.
