Clare Horan has
worked in Catholic Education for over thirty
years as a classroom teacher, principal and Religious
Education Coordinator in primary schools, and
as a parish REC. She has a Bachelor of Theology
and Master of Theological Studies degrees. Previous
publications include co-authorship of a Sacrament
series, and a classroom curriculum project for
the SA Catholic Education website. She has taught
professional development courses for SA Catholic Education in Scripture, theology and RE curriculum
and methodology.

Paul Taouk is
currently working at the Sydney Catholic Education
Office. He is part of a team revising and writing
the primary Religious Education Curriculum for
Sydney.
He is an experienced Religious Education Coordinator
and teacher.
Paul has Bachelor degrees in Education and Theology
and is currently doing his Masters in Education.
He has interests in Spirituality, other religions
and Social Justice. |

Ann
Maree Whenman is Director of CCD in the Diocese
of Broken Bay, NSW where she assists Special
Religious Education (SRE) teachers with inservices,
assistance and support. In the Broken Bay Diocese
SRE is carried primarily out through Scripture
classes in State schools. Ann Maree has previously
worked as a classroom teacher in the Sydney region.
